CNC turning for rotational components — shafts, pins, bushes, flanges, valve stems, piston rods. OD/ID turning, facing, grooving, threading, taper and form turning. From 1mm diameter to 1,000mm, with cylindrical grinding for bearing journals and sealing surfaces where Ra 0.4–0.8 µm is required.

Ra 0.1 µm. h5 Shafts. Hydraulic Bores. Sealing Faces.
Grinding is where Amsol's machining capability separates from standard subcontract shops. Cylindrical grinding for bearing journals and precision shafts to h5/h6 with Ra 0.4–0.8 µm. Surface grinding for datum faces, sealing surfaces, and flat parallels to 0.003mm flatness. Internal bore honing to Ra 0.1–0.4 µm and ±0.002mm diameter — for hydraulic cylinders, pump bores, and engine liners.

Wire EDM cuts complex profiles through hardened materials — no cutting forces, no distortion. Internal corners to R0.1mm radius. Sinker EDM for die cavities, mould inserts, and blind complex geometries. Deep hole drilling for oil passages and cooling channels to L/D ratio 20:1. Gear hobbing for spur and helical gears to DIN 5–8 quality.
